VarioBase® allows you to work safely in confined areas. The maximum lifting capacity is calculated individually and accurately for every situation. This ensures safe working practices in the selected support base.
Increase to high lifting capacity
With a maximum support base, the VarioBase® offers higher lifting capacity and greater working range. The biggest advantage is in the area just above the outboard device. The variable support base also provides improvements to the front and rear hoists. The greatest increase is achieved when the partial ballast is above the crane. With just a little ballast, mobile cranes can achieve almost lifting capacity values with high ballast on a standard table. This reduces the amount of ballast that must be transported for crane operation.
